From graphic and industrial design to video and photography production, 3D and 2D animation, packaging, and liaising with licensors for design approvals. This was the start of my career in this startup.
Following the effective growth of the company, I transitioned this eclectic mix of skills to specialized departments, cultivating a team of 12 talented artists.
This journey encapsulates the metamorphosis from initial diecuts to steering the entire design and product team, laying the foundation for the company's vibrant creative departments.

Rick and Morty (a.k.a the company’s game-changer)
Overcoming silicone printing challenges, this project reshaped manufacturing norms, elevating color choices from 4 to a remarkable 16. A triumph against adversity, this project not only helped the company get ahead but also set an unprecedented standard for creativity and quality. Special recognition to our dedicated supplier whose tireless collaboration played a pivotal role in finding innovative solutions.
Shifting from Print to 3D Sculpting
At MobyFox, we led the way in crafting watch straps with detailed art in 22mm. Our designs evolved from printing to 3D sculpting, with the creative direction being my enjoyable challenge, the precise work was expertly carried out by our industrial designers.
Embracing Change: A Watch Transformation
Expanding into B2B and retail led us to make some significant adjustments. We overhauled both our industrial and graphic design processes to create a completely new watch strap tailored for a children's smartwatch. This shift also required us to meet more delicate safety standards. Adapting became essential in our journey to redefine timepieces.
Exploring New Horizons
Following the success in designing watch straps, we decided to venture into new avenues in crafting technological accessories. We introduced two exciting lines: phone cases and charms for silicone straps, thereby expanding the design team's portfolio of challenges and creative possibilities.
Playing the Game
Our brand became so relevant in the world of entertainment that naturally they began to seek us out for sports licenses. We collaborate with Premier League teams such as Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool, from the Spanish League with teams such as FC Barcelona and PSG from the France Ligue 1.
We also work very closely with Major League Baseball (MLB), the MLS Soccer League and the NFL Players Association. And given the success achieved, we also started playing eSports with licenses such as League of Legends and Minecraft.
